SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Transformers, Meter, Energy Saving Lights, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are supplying our products to REB, PDB, and DESCO in their power developments projects for last 25 years.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage all construction works as per the projected time.
- Supervision of day to day activity of factory/site works and submit the report to the reporting manager.
- Execute the construction work as per drawing & design.
- Ensure the quality control of all civil works as per design, rules & guidelines.
- Prepare the bill of quantity of vendors/contractors, estimation of civil items.
- Prepare red line & as built drawing based on actual site condition.
- Prepare site layout, drawing/ design.
- Manage contractors, day-laborers etc.

- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization., Civil Engineering - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies
Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 01/ 02 years’ experience as site engineer of preparing site layout, preparing bill of quantity, materials receiving with proper documentation.
- The candidates experienced in any reputed real estate company, group of company, factory, design firm, engineering firms etc. will get preferences.
- Preliminary knowledge on civil/architectural drawing/ design, cost analysis of line items of civil construction.
- Basic knowledge on computer-mails, internet, whats-app, imo etc.
- Must be willing to stay in project location in anywhere in Bangladesh or especially in Sylhet Division.
